Issue Description:
When using the mortar to destroy the apartment buildings on W.C.S Serhiivka server, after they collapse it does a shaking animation, the issue is if you approach the building that fell your screen starts to progressively shake worse and worse until you almost have a seizure, it stops as you walk away farther from the destroyed building.

Confirmed it works on both friendlies and enemies and any new person coming to the area who has not died or respawned, Once you die or respawn it stops all together!
