Issue Description:
In a multiplayer live environment on a dedicated server, there is a chance that when a building collapses, the affected area of the map experiences a permanent screen shake. The intensity of the shaking varies based on the player's proximity to the collapsed building, with closer players experiencing more severe effects.

If this bug occurs it will effect everyone on the server when they enter into the area.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Join a dedicated multiplayer server.
  2. Position your player near a set of buildings within the same replication bubble.
  3. Use a destruction tool such as a GM mortar tool or lightning to collapse the buildings.
  4. After the buildings collapse, check if the screen shake effect persists indefinitely.
  5. Move around the affected area to observe if the intensity of the screen shake varies based on proximity.
  6. If the bug does not occur on the first attempt, repeat the process in different locations on the map.
  7. Test with different types of buildings to increase the chances of reproducing the issue.
