It seems you have provided us with a faulty player ID code?
Is there any other information you could provide in order for us to possibly reproduce the issue? Maybe we are missing some key steps after which this does occur?

All progress made during Early Access (unlocked plans, Shelter Improvements, Cosmetics, Crates, etc.) was wiped with one exception - players will keep the full contents of the Vigor Reinforcements Pack. They are your badge of honor for being one of the select Outlanders to play Vigor in Early Access.

The crash dump points towards nvwgf2umx.dll which is a part of the nvidia drivers. Please try to do a clean install and make sure to install the latest version of the driver.

The crash dump files you have provided are pointing towards issues with nvwgf2umx.dll and d3d11.dll, which are parts of Nvidia and Direct-X drivers respectively. Please make sure all drivers are up to date and no files or installations are corrupted. Preferably try to do a clean install.

Action itself is working, but the sound you are trying to play is defined in {91D53896F5AD5DB4}Sounds/RadioProtocol/RadioProtocol_CombatPatrol_US.acp that needs to be placed on SCR_CommunicationSoundComponent on GameMode in order for it to work. You can take a look how CombatOps on Arland has it.
