I have been unable to load into my shelter after the current update on Vigor to season 20. I have un-installed and reinstalled the game and I am still given the message, "software has closed due to an error." This has gone on since the update and I have not been able to load in at all. Is there a fix to this?

I found my ID # in a saved picture as I am unable to login.
