On which map have you produced this and at which gamemode? Also what are the exact reproduction steps?

Combat Ops Arland, PvE.

Assign 8 AI players to your squad and go to a base where there are sandbags or rocks. The photo in the original post was the training camp in the south west of the map.

Eventually an AI will get up onto a rock or sandbags and will not be able to get back down.

Sometimes shooting them can make them fall off the prop unconscious, but obviously not good manners to shoot your buddies off a rock.
