"Unable to find servers" in Official Tab

Description

Since the first time I loaded into the main menu last week, I am unable to get any servers to show up in the Official tab. Attached is a screenshot showing the server browser, in the bottom right it says "Unable to find servers". No bugs or crashes accompany this issue. I emailed support and they advised trying to clear the consoles alternate MAC address and that didn't resolve the problem. Community Servers tab works as it should, it's only the Official.

Just trying to load the server queue.

Additional Information

Community servers are available to me so I can at least play, but I do want to be able to try your intended experience in DayZ <3

Yes I just checked and it still says unable to find servers

Thank you, can you please try the game on a different network so we can rule out an issue on your network/with your network setup?

Alright update, currently I'm house sitting for my sister and brought along my Xbox, I am still getting the server issue here as well.
