Hello SlyKeith. Please refrain from creating the same ticket over and over. The issue was noted the first time you have reported it. Also we did request specific location with screenshot/coordinates but you still have not provided said coordinates, just vague locations. Please specificy exact place where we can try to reproduce this as we cannot produce the issue on our end.

Hello superende.
Does this also occur on an official server/with freshly crafted tripwire?

Hello MihailLebarov.
Do you still have this issue? As there were some backend issues yesterday that were announced - https://twitter.com/ArmaPlatform/status/1765348395894411405
Resolved for 1.1.0.19 and higher.
Resolved in one of the upcoming major updates.

Hello RunnerTTP.
The issue has been fixed internally and the fix will be released with the second hotfix for 1.24.
Resolved for the second hotfix of 1.24.
Thank you, we will investigate with BattlEye.
Hello Ralph_Reynders.
In which area would you ideally like to have the cross?

The change can also occur when:
it seems to be something to do with how DayZ's engine calls the dll
Just to make sure. Are you aware that moving the game server to another machine always means that the IP:Port will be changed? This is how this works.

85.190.142.21:10400Nitrado it again tonight. It's the second time they've changed my IP address without telling me. The server came back up, but nobody has returned as it's not in their favourites. It's frustrating as I don't get a choice of providers.
According to Nitrado, you have requested the move. Could you have possibly requested this some time prior and it got just processed now?

We will keep an eye on more reports, however so far we have report just from you from 1.24.
Also as I have mentioned, the crash dumps point towards an issue with nvidia software, nothing we can do on our end with that.
Thank you.
We have checked the crash dumps and they point towards the following:
Does the game create any mdmp file in the appdata dayz folder when this occurs? Or does it just shut down without any error message?
In T179470#2578304, @Extricated wrote:@Geez GPU drivers are up to date; I'm on 551.76 as of yesterday, same issue as when I was on 551.61. It used to (i.e. prior to DayZ 1.24) run fine with no issue on 546.33 and now doesn't. Looking at all the recent bug reports, this is down to something BIS have changed recently.
Unfortunately I cannot share anything about the BattlEyes internal process of hack detection and banning.
Are your gpu drivers up to date? have you tried different versions if it also occurs on there?
Hello Extricated.
Just like with T172415, we cannot reproduce the issue on our end unfortunately.
Hello In-Whisky.
We have been testing this on our end but we are unable to produce the issue.
Is there anything specific that triggers this problem?

Geez

Hello Lysollo.
The crash dumps point towards nvppex.dll file, which is part of nvidia GPU drivers. We suggest to make sure your drivers are up to date and do not contain any corrupted files.

Hello again Regard, can you please let us know if the issue persists once the second hotfix of 1.24 releases?
Thank you.
Hello malau.

The BattlEye anticheat is in place to detect cheaters and subsequently BattlEye bans them. BattlEye updates their cheat detection system regularily to achieve the best results and there are hundreds of cheaters banned every month.

Thank you, we will investigate with BattlEye.
Hello Qail97.
