Broken inventory hierarchy initialization on dedicated server

Description

Mags placed in pouches via SCR_UniversallInventoryStorageComponent are broken on dedicated server.


^ Here is a screenshot shows different states of mags in MultiPlayer, SinglePlayer, and Workbench.
Weird thing about this bug, it gets fixed if player drops or moves mags away, and then place them back again. Here is a video: https://youtu.be/K7jdnjTGjg4

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Download RHS: Status Quo
  2. Launch default Gamemaster scenario(everon or arland) in singleplayer
  3. Place USMC(faction) Rifleman from RHS: Status Quo mod.
  4. Check if mags are floating on 0 0 0 coordinates of character. If no - go to step 5, If yes - go to step 9
  5. Install RHS: Status Quo to dedicated server.
  6. Launch default Gamemaster scenario(everon or arland) on dedicated server
  7. Connect to dedicated server with rhs status quo
  8. Place USMC(faction) Rifleman from RHS: Status Quo mod.
  9. Check if mags are floating on 0 0 0 coordinates of character.
  10. Try to drop them and pick them up again (dont forget to place them to vest inventory, not armor inventory).
  11. Check if mags are still floating on 0 0 0 coordinates of character.

^ This is settings for pouch prefab.
^ This is how we attach this pouch to vest.
^ And this is SCR_InventoryStorageManagerComponent configuration we use to "give" character mags.
