I'm having issues with Nitrado again. I contacted them about my server being stuck in restart and they haven't replied. I've made no changes so I know the blame is not on me. I was extremely disappointed after the first half an hour that they hadn't sorted it, so I'm fuming now it's been 5 hours! It's not like I messaged out of hours, either. It's a working day so it's not unreasonable to expect they sort issues like this as they happen. They have removed the CHAT option, too, which was great before as they would address the problems while you waited. Frustratingly, I can't change provider. I'm paying £50 a month but have to use the company that treats me with contempt. It's not how it should be.
Can Bohemia have a serious conversation with them or allow us to use a different server provider? By allowing them to treat us this way also shows contempt towards your server owners. You can do better than this, and we deserve better than this.
