Nope, that means it's around 12:30 pm Mexico Time, but I think the server might be on a different clock

I had issues when server was highly populated and slow log update, got in contact with nitrado support and they did the classic “backend changes”

After this I got new IP, so I guess it’s a new host machine!
But now the server is completely unplayable, massive desync, yellow and red icon. Even with only 10 players online. Well now the logs are faster.

I’ve messaged them in the ticket w/o response. Last message from them was the 2/4-24
My community is raging and I’m losing members every day due to this issue.

I'm having the same problem. The server performance is just awful there's a red icon on the left side. It's unplayable, and now it's restarting outside of the scheduled restart times. These issues are killing a 3-year-old server. I've noticed the CPU Usage is almost at 100%. This can't be a configuration problem because I've had the same setup for months. Even after wiping on Friday, the problems are still there. Plus, I know of other servers experiencing the same issues.

DayZ, please, any support you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Is the issue present still? How long does this go on? And does this happen only during peak hours or on lower CCU as well?

Yeah, it's still happening every now and then. It's been going on for about two weeks now. I had to do a wipe last Friday, which helped a bit, but the issue persists, especially during peak hours and around 30 minutes before each restart (which is every three hours)

It's getting worse, please help! 🙏

Is it okay for you if the server gets moved to a different machine? Ofcourse this will lead to change of an IP and the players will have to unfavorite and favorite the server again.

Sure thing! Moving the server to a different machine is totally fine. Will the new machine have more capacity? What's the ETA? Any help would be appreciated, we're desperate for a solution.

It seems like the issues persist. We had some problems again a few minutes ago. The attached image is from 10 minutes ago. You can see the red icon in the left side.

Can you please share graphs of resources consumption?
