The gearing on all cars is atrocious. Any road or track you should be able to get up the incline in first. There are areas on the map that this is unachievable. Also when you are at max revs and change gear the drop is almost back to idle. this is incorrect as I have never driven a car that does that. Cars need a massive look at with regards to gearing and handling. You should be able to get into 3rd on the grass. First is the best at the moment in any car. Most incline you should still be able to accelerate up it in second, and probably in 3rd but not as quickly. And really steep inclines in first but low acceleration just to get up it.
