If you create a mission and you change the year, it won't be saved and it will be reset back to 1989 once you reload your saved mission.

  1. open Game Master
  2. go to scenario properties
  3. change the date (year) and save the scenario properties
  4. save your mission
  5. reload your mission and take a look at the year.
