Could you please provide some more specific Steps to reproduce?
Please try to verify the integrity of the game cache as suggested by @Jawsh and let us know whether this has resolved the issue.
Thanks for the dumps, unfortunately they have not been of much help, there are no crash dump files present BIDMP and MDMP (might be worth checking for them manually).
Thanks, will look into those :)
@Jawsh damn, my spotting is broken
Oct 17 2016
thank you for the feedback.
please try to verify integrity of the game cache.
Thank you for those, will look into those as well.
Latest rpt files are from 12th October which seems to be a little bit older than the latest crash.
Oct 14 2016
issue should be now fixed in the Development branch and should be also resolved in the next Main/Stable branch update.
thank you for your feedback.
Oct 13 2016
thanks for the feedback. Issue should be fixed in the next Dev branch update and of course later in Stable/Main branch.

were you able to observe similar issues on Stable branch?
were you able to observe similar issues on Stable branch?
in this case it seems that running the Dependency Walker and repairing the corrupt files will be the solution. Are you having issues running any other games?

No need, since you are switched to the branch that is not being updated.
It is possible, Steam should provide option LEGACY in Betas menu
https://community.bistudio.com/wiki/Arma_3_Steam_Branches
Access code should be Arma3Legacy162 for previous stable.
That would be welcome. And as said you can check the version of the game through launcher. Latest update has revision as stated above 1.64.138732
Current stable is 1.64.138732
You can check the version through Launcher > Options > down in the roll-down menu is "Game" you can check the version there. If you do not have that one already, try verifying the game data. Not exctly Arma 3 problem but this can make Steam check the versions and download the update.
I have checked the reports and the latest rpt indicates that you actually ran it with the mods, please try to run the game without any mods.
Such is unfortunately the Dev branch, sometimes it gets broken, it should be fixed with the next Dev update.
Sorry for getting back to you only now, there indeed was, a Hotfix was released for current Stable, should be already available.

Unfortunately I do not have access to the files from support. While it is possible they might make it to me, it would be better to upload the files here, so it's faster.
did you verify integrity of the game cache for the server as well as the admin client?
Oct 10 2016
thank you for the feedback.
thank you for the feedback.
please provide the troubleshooting report as advised by @Jawsh, that is, prepare the file, than drag and drop it into the comment box. If that does not work (might happen if file is too big or if file limit has been reached in the system), please use some free file sharing service as suggested above.
Also, did you try verifying integrity of your game cache?
Steam > right-click Arma 3 > Properties > Loal Files tab> Verify integrity of game cache
did you also try to run the vanilla game, without any mods?
first of all, please try to verify the integrity of the game data through Steam. It is possible that during installation some files were not downloaded properly or got corrupt.

Did you try using default malloc?
Great, please let me know how it goes :)
Thanks for the info, v1, v2 and v3 were released in the meantime, any chance that the server started using these and situation got even better?
@SkillerPenguin Nothing at the moment, I will let you know when there's something new or should something else pop up that would require your assistance.

thank you for your feedback.
thank you for the feedback and splendid repro mission :)
thank you for your feedback.
please try out steps suggested by @Jawsh, if that does not help, please provide Arma 3 Troubleshooting report.
please attach the arma 3 report as advised by @Jawsh

Thank you very much :)
thank you for the feedback.
thank you for the feedback. Could you please tell me what branch are you using? Are you on Main/Stable branch or on Development branch?
thank you for the feedback. I have checked the reports and it seems these are a little bit older, not from the latest version. Could you please take a quick look into this folder
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Arma 3
and see whether there are some more recent rpt mdmp and bidmp files present?
please try to go through these suggested steps
https://community.bistudio.com/wiki/Arma_3_Unusual_process_exit#0xC0000005_-_ACCESS_VIOLATION
While not exactly the same error code, it should be pretty much similar and could help.
Thanks for the additional info.
I would like to ask you for a log of a sort that could help us to determine what might be wrong and causing this.
Stable or Dev? Some sound fixes were made recently that should appear in the new Dev and of course later in Main branch. Might be worth checking out the Dev branch to see whether it got better (after next Dev update).
It should indeed be fixed in the Dev. And as you know, updating Main/Stable branch is a little bit harder so please try to be a little bit patient.
When it comes to Main/Stable branch, afraid so, however, there is also a development branch. While it does contain WIP features, it also contains fixes before they make it into the Main/Stable branch, you might try that one. Also you might try profiling branch, profiling should work just fine with most servers (definitely does for official ones).

So the 3FPS bug is gone after using the performance binaries, server or client as well and in which case could you please send me the revision of the performance exe you are currently using ?
Hmmm, I have checked the report and it seems game has also trouble creating the mdmp. Report states it was not able to create the file completely. Do you have any other mdmp files present or only the arma3_2016-09-28_20-28-16.mdmp one?
That is unfortunately beyond my knowledge, as far as I know there are tons of reasons, especially for this error as that one is most common and very general.
An update was released just recently, since you are asking about the progress I get it that it didn't help?
Oct 3 2016
Thanks, I was asking about the windowed/fullscreen as there actually is a Fullscreen-windowed option, that might have been relevant but can be confused easily.
thank you for the feedback. Would it be possible for you to provide some kind of repro mission so I can reproduce the issue?
Either some simple custom repro mission or a link to some workshop mission that is using this and issue can be reproduced there?
@Xeno
Thanks for the feedback.
So to summarize it, it happens in 1.64 main branch, no mods loaded, happens if you alt+tab out of game window (Windowed, Windowed Fullscreen?) and then return back.
Do you need to run the mission then Alt+Tab? Does it happen everytime or is it random.
If you can, please try to provide repro steps that work most for you to get the freeze, I had no luck so far when trying to reproduce it :(
Thanks for the feedback, will look into it.
thank you for the feedback.
Please try to provide the crashdumps as stated by @BISWizard
as stated by @Jawsh, please provide the crashdumps for this crash as well.
Do you, by any chance have also the crashdumps for when the game crashed?
Thanks for the files.
Well, fixes for crashes generally end up being resolved by verifying the cache and updating drivers, etc. or with an update. We do our best to fix it so fix is available as soon as possible on Dev and in the closest main branch update. This however wildly depends on how complex the issue that is causing the crash is.
