So ever since the 1.64 update that was released a few days ago relative to this video, I have been experiencing a bug with the AI's voices. The best way I can describe it is that it kind of sounds like they are talking on the radio. However, the AI are standing right next to me and are not using radios at all. So a better way to word it, is that their voices are choppy. I mostly noticed it with CSAT, that being the only faction I tested it with, but i'm sure that it's the same for the other factions. Also, I was not using any mods that would have altered the way the AI sound, and all tests were in vanilla. Thanks for reading, and I hope to see an update come soon!

Steps To Reproduce
Pretty much all I did was encounter a group of CSAT soldiers, and I listened closely to them talk to each other. At that time I noticed that their voices were full of static.

Same issue noted in Windows 8.1 x64, no Arma3 mods loaded / vanilla. Proximity voices sound like radio chatter rather than actual voices

aside from that, when playing altis life after patch your character shots commands in direct as if he has a radio, he would say 1,4,6 at random. Also, any news on the memory leak/texture bug?
