Hello loganmacd.
Please provide .mdmp and .rpt logs from the crash

Thank you for the report.
We have been able to confirm the new repro steps for this problem and it is scheduled for a fix.

Geez
Thank you, @cflynn93. I must’ve missed that one when reading through them. Thought I was going crazy! Will adjust accordingly.
This one clip was on a death match server. The other 2 clips above were on official. All after the update.
Range here was ~550, zero to 600 and aimed low to account for that. For both shots the round impacted to the left of where the crosshair was. The last shot I landed, I aimed low and to the right to show what it’s doing and how far it’s off. Was not leaning.
If you slow it down frame by frame, the impact can be seen to the left behind the target. I was aiming center/right side of the target. Range was confirmed by teammate right before the shot was taken.
Confused 😵💫
@Geez so these guys posted more evidence of the bug. So that makes it confirmed, it has to be something with the netcode that is causing it or peoples pings on servers. It happens on both official and community servers as well (I've noticed it at least).
@Geez FIX THIS PLZ!
I’m also experiencing the same exact issue. You explained it so well. The exact same thing is happening on my server too, ever since the update.
I don't understand what is the purpose of this post and video ?
he came to a house, and you killed him ? and you a camper sitting in a house waiting for someone to come inside all game
Probably not a but if on vanilla server, are you sure there was no clipping?
Hello, I need help with this same problem, I have already deleted all the game files on my computer, uninstalled the game and installed it again, but nothing happened, and yesterday it was normal, as it was this morning too

Today's update of Dabs Framework has fixed the crash, is done.
It doesn’t matter what server it is that I play on just for reference but the IP is 85.190.153.167.17400 my timezone is “Eastern daylight time” and the date and time of when this seems to happen is June 8th 2025 at 4:24pm

I have been trying for days to re-config the cfgeffectarea.json following the 1.28 update to get my previous smoke effects and fires around the Chernarus map to work. Other than '0' on the Y coord t makes no difference what height you put in to where you want the particle types to be is as they just snap to ground. Something in the 'data' field is broken.
I cannot tell you exact servers because for the most part it's all of community (i checked with a bunch of servers). Its been going on for the past month, all day everyday.
Also allows you to fill bottles from people.
This is caused by the rework of ActionTargets to include the water type of the surface below them, regardless of whether or not it is appropriate for the target to contain this data. This, combined with changes to CCTWaterSurfaceEx and a lack of sanity checking in ActionDrinkPondContinuous means that whenever you look at any object, including players, located above a water surface, the option to drink from the water below is displayed.

TrackIR was not updated and this was prior to the latest update released today, so I don't know if BattlEye itself resolved it? I will monitor for a few more days then consider it resolved.
This is a known issue, at least from the users end, and not the only time it has been reported. My work around is to run my own PVE dedicated this way I can invoke GM, and set the living quarters budget back to 0 once the original recruited AI are dead.
There's a special place in hell for these guys.

Reinstalled the game and am experiencing constant seconds long freezes. Sometimes I'll be able to wait out the freezes and either still be in the game or get timed out from the server. At it's worst my entire PC will freeze and I have to restart my computer. The only commonalities I've seen is each freeze has the CPU spike to 100% and I've upgraded to 24H2 before the issue started happening. Rarely am I able to have a game without freezes
I've since upgraded my GPU to a 5080 for other games, l reinstalled GPU drivers, freezing still occurs. It would be nice to be able to play this game again
This bug has been very random since it was added over a year ago.
It happens less over the past few updates.

The fix did not end up in the current version due to certain issues. It will be released in the next update.

ASUS Dual GeForce RTX 4070 OC Edition 12GB Same problem with latest driver (576.52) and I'm not even using opentrack in game at the moment so it's not even running.
This ticket can now be closed.
Here was the issue/fix for posterity:
I found a resolution to this issue
Seems like it was battleye, after disabling it its fine now.
Since update 1.28, in some places, it's actually possible to drink from a huge number of objects.
This happens near areas of stagnant water (example: Position: <8191.135254, 166.843719, 11863.685547>)
If you build a fence, you can drink from the post.
It may not look like i am trying to run away, the reality is that i literally cannot move.
Patch is needed it seems

Email sent to BattlEye and issue was posted (not by me) to OpenTrack github.
Hopefully this issue can avoid jurisdictional finger-pointing and blame shifting by the most responsible party.
As of the time of this report. It also happens with OpenTrack release (2023.3.0) and pre-release (2024.1.1) versions using NPClient64.dll

We seem to be having this issue also on Stable with any vehicle that can knock a tree down. Even heli's knocking down trees due to bad flying crashes the server
