Issue Description: Construction truck won't showing base buildings in a special case

I'm run the game through Linux and I know the game wont support it and BIS too, but here, when I tried to play a new mode Conflict HQ Command, the construction truck wont have only a last page, my friends on windows runs correctly, I'm also switched proton's(for who how run's games on linux) and dont shown, its unhappyful to me because its turns game unplayable for me at some cases
