Issue Description:

I cannot get voice chat to work in-game (PC, Win 11), and the standard remedies I have found online don't seem to work for me:

• Mic works in all other apps
• Mic works when testing with Windows and Steam
• Mic is set as default in Windows and Steam
• Tried three different mics: bluetooth, cable, built-in
• Windows privacy settings shows me even, that ArmA Reforger is accessing the mic whenever I tried voice chat
• Tested in-game (stable & experimental)
• Cycled through frequencies, set Ch1 and Ch2 to the same frequency, asked teammates if they can hear me, but no
• Neither radio nor proximy chat are working, my input sound is simply completely dead

From the Steam Overlay I could open the Voice Log, and it claims, it is working. Also, in-game I can "test" the mic through the Steam overlay, and it works there.
