Issue Description:
the first few times i played the game, i was able to communicate with other players over the radio. Then other players could not hear me speaking but they can see my radio icon that i am trying to talk. Now i can't speak or hear anyone over the radio. It shows i am speaking when i press or hold L1/LB on my controller, or when i press the T button, but no sound ever gets transmitted.

My headphones and mic work just fine through steam chat and on other games but it just no longer works with this game. I've checked my registry, fully deleted all game files, re downloaded the game, made sure everything is up to date on my PC, steam, and the game. It still doesn't work.
