DayZ is pretty much unplayable on my new system, it has major stutter issues and bad 1% fps lows. I've tried everything I could from managing the Adrenalin software for AMD, changing windows 11 settings to tweaking some settings in the bios. However nothing helped. For some reason I get frametime spikes, but only in this game.

Steps To Reproduce

This issue becomes more severe within villages or being near a couple buildings. I cannot enter cities because it makes the game completely unplayable. Zooming or even looking through iron sights freezes my game for half a second and becomes severely jittery when I look around.

Stutters become much more apparent if I look around.
