The in-game browser is behaving the same way as the launcher one.
But from my testing if I load the game first and use the in-game browser to join an official server or a community one without any mods - it works most of the times flawlessly. But if i'm using the launcher "join" button it doesn't so in my opinion something breaks when the launcher is actually running the game executable.
Also the icon you are showing does not mean there is a network related issue (packet loss) but indicates server performance issue -
Simply join the “DO NOT JOIN” community server with any account, you will be unable to play the game anymore no matter what.
And before?
After the error, the ingame browser is not showing any servers.
What about ingame server browser? does that one work?

Can you please post a screenshot of the icon you are receiving?
Why not just setting the "Disable" flag on the Stuff you dont like?

Not a bug. Driving vehicle into the "debug zone" of the map will destroy the vehicle. This is to prevent abuse.

Are you talking about our launcher or some third party one? Have you tried to reinstall the game? Are you connected by wire or wireless? And can you do a traceroute towards one of the servers?

SKS still jams as it always did. BK-18 has never jammed since it is a single shot break action weapon, so it does not make sense for the weapon to jam.
Break action and bolt action rifles in general never jam as it is quite unrealistic for them to jam - except for cartridge failure - but we do not have this feature in the game.

btw, i have 2 times destroyed this (now) respawning target vehicle without completing the mission....
so, please change the status of the ticket back to unresolved/ open

This is a huge issue for anyone unfortunate enough to join this server as it locks that account on the server and the game won’t let you join any server no matter what. Naturally “DO NOT JOIN” is an aft warning however no one can predict the server would lock them out of the game forever. This needs to be fixed ASAP since it takes advantage of the new system in place to prevent accounts from being on multiple servers at once. Logout timers need to have a maximum time limit made for server owners, since they can just make it unlimited and lock people out of their accounts maliciously.
Reinstalling battleye, windows, game.... none of it solved the issue.
Also had this happen to me on my own home server a few times when i threw grenades and flashbangs but they never produce any error messages or stacktraces other then 'access violation'.
Today I had a crash when accidentally walked into a fire barrel and was just about to take damage.
This is what that crash produced:
