I had the same problem, on Windows for my part. Deleting the configuration files and reinstalling Arma Reforger Exp did nothing because the problem is at the translation level. For my part, I was playing in French and switching the game back to English corrected the problem. As if the lack of translation for this asset prevented me from using it. Something that will be corrected quickly, I'm sure :)!

Also, I am using an IPv6, since my ISP doesn't offer IPv4 anymore. I know ArmA games already don't support IPv6 for hosting, so could it have to do with that?

Solved: Bug in update game from 1.3.0 exp to 1.5.0 exp(I've saved 1.3.0 version to see this behaviour)
Solution: Delete all game files and wait the steam download it again by restarting client

Another annoying manifestation of this behaviour: if the particle source is underneath an object, using setParticleCircle can cause particles to appear on top of the object, instead of down where the particle source is (e.g. when the source is inside one of the CSAT dome structures, the particles will appear on top of the dome)

These still don't reduce god rays.

If a structure was dismantled, and the server restarted and the previous session save loaded, only a single new structure is recreated. It only creates multiple copies if the structure was not previously dismantled.

Making the RPG rounds two piece and limited to the bag by sheer volume might be the change needed to at least balance them out. Being able to carry so many and use them so quickly is one of the most annoying things to fight in game currently. This is not helped by the fact that warheads can be resupplied from a supply kit bag.
