Spawning with an armored car cracks the bridge and you die.
(There is still an invisible object that you can drice over.)
I hope this will be fixed soon becaus you are not able to break a bridge to make the terrain behind the bride safe against cars....
All other problems with bridges confirmed too.
So all in all: * please add a better locking model of the destroyed bridge
- make sure that this model has correct physikal influences and that there are no other unvisible objects.
I think it is not as easy as in part one described but probably part to is a good way to make this.
I think it should not kill but harm a bit.

This is a thing I wanted to write about to but luckily it already exists.
For me the most important thing in this theme is that the lights are brokeable by bullets and explosives. This would be a really important feature because it would allow new tactics. For an example in multiplayer at night you would be able to make whole villages unable to see for helicopters without night vision.
I think all things should have something like a hitpoint rating and when this is reached the thing should break.
Here for an example the bullet shouln't only go through but should also make the metal broken.
I think that there should be something like an animation to disarm a mine.
You should only be able to disarm a mine if you are an explosives specialist.
Ok in a minefield it lasts a long time but thats realistic.
If you crawl/walk/... over a minefield (that is not disarmed) it should explode not mentioning if you are an explosives specialist or not.

Why not also let the grass move in the direction the wind blows and add waves that move into the direction of the wind.
( Will probably be a real big amount but probably it won't.)

Are you only implenting more colours on the grund or are all this colours bushes and grass?
If you only implement more colours this would probably make the game a bit better looking but less realistic.
In my mynd the zones where the grass and the smaller bushes span should be made far bigger (to around one kilometer).
Only changing colours makes nothing more realistic.
If you did what i wrote one sentence above i am soorry and wish you all the best with this, but if you only implement more colours i hope the devs won't change anything.
Think what you want but this is only a try to conceal the real problems arma is having with the mid range textures.
There should be more grasses and bushes and the thing would also be done but not in a way that probably looks a bit nicer but ruins a load of othe things like hiding behind bushes and so on.
On the other hand you are right that this looks a bit nicer, but on the other hand it is only a weak try to hide the problem that the arma 3 engine seems not to be able to display many details in the distance. Only adding more colours probably maes it nicer, but doesn't solve the real problems!!!!!!!!!!

Probably no bad idea but it would be far more important that they work.

I know it is nearly impossible but it would be perfect when the grass is rendered at all distances. This would make it easier to be shoure that you are really invisible to the enemy.

But not only the doors.
Also other things of wood or even more all things that can be cracked by shooting on them in real shoul also be crackable in the game. not only by explosives.
Yes that would be awesome and i think possible because it seems like this has only something to do with lightning strenght under water.

Shooting from boats like the rescue boat would also be graet because at the moment you are only lying there.
Should be not a load more work to implement wind for bullets too so let's hope they implement it for helicopters and bullets.
I think women should be there too because its more realistic and i know a lot of women that play shooter games. I bet they would buy arma if they are able to play as women. ( I know that arma is no shooter game!!!!!!!!)

I don't have any problems when using msi afterburner and nvidia gforce gtx 660 so probably you only overclock to heigh.
Ok on the one hand I made this test with perfect conditions for this. And yes, the ram usement doesnt work. I had about 8vs8 fireteams on the map so it was an extreme cpu challanging process. But on the other hand the threads seem to spread far better bettween the cores so it should always help a bit. Provided you use a processor with more than 4 cores.
(This only helps in single player or in multiplayer when the Server is not the reason for your low fps and your hardware seems not to be the reason.)
Arma 3 CPU Optimization
- Go to Steam Library
- Go to "Arma 3" Right Click then select "Properties"
- Select "Set Launch Options"
- Copy and paste the correct launch command line below to what your system is setup for and click "OK".
For AMD CPU users:
AMD Dual Core with 4GB System Ram:

AMD Quad Core with 4GB Ram:

AMD Six Core with 4GB Ram:

AMD Eight Core with 4GB Ram:

If your running more than 8GB Ram then apply this to the end of the launch line:
"-maxMem=8192"
This will allow your game to utilize 8GB system Ram instead of 4GB.

8-core support (AMD FX series (especially 83xx)) would be nice but i think not possible so i hope on 4-core support.
It is true that nvidia cards don't get used to 100 percant, but I think this is not only up to the arma3 makers but also up to Nvidia if they create a special driver.
I hope so and if you know how to push this pleas do so.
Another problem is that the game doesn't uses a lot of RAM and soprobably amny freezes come from this issue.
Please let the game use 8 or more gb.
Probably the name is a bit misleading but the subjekt is really important so one up from me.
I think this should be made by functionable bypods that can be mounted on the weapons like other gadgedts.
