As far as i know, this script only works for infantry. It also doesn,t work for units in groups. I don't know any script that disables the AI to move when they are in a vehicle.
I don't think it makes sense to let the ai shot at vehicles, if they don't target weak spots. It wouldn't have any effect. If the ffiring on weak spots doesn't work, can we at least have one not so heavy armored vehicle for every faction? Of course this is not so important as other issues. But at the moment the game gets boring as soon as you give the players a ifrit,hunter or strider and the enemy doesn't hase vehicles too. I already won with a strider against 60FIA soldiers and 3 weapond offroader by shooting the AT first and roadkilling the rest. I also don't want to use mods because i crate missions for a big community and don't want to splitt the community.
You can disable the turret of the strider, hunter and ifrit with nearly every weapon. I would really like to see the Ai engaging the turret
Same here, since 1.22 none of my friends is able to host a dedicated server or private game anymore, while everything worked well with GameSpy.
@Devs when addressing this issue:
Please keep in mind that many people can't freely open every port they want. Not due to a lack of skill or understanding, but because of restrictions of their router or internet connection.
So we really hope you will find a solution that does not require additional port forwarding, just as it worked with GameSpy!

I know there is a option in the difficulty. it is called super AI. (I think it is called super AI. I have german as language setting). Maybe you enabled it?

I don't have this problem. I triet the same sniper Scenario three times. They didn't detect me. I was able to kill the hole team. AI skill was 0.76.
But in my opinion it was in Arma 2 already bether

The AI should have 2 rockets against tanks, which they only use against tanks. And they should have one more rocket for infaterie and other stuff. Also they really shouldn't you all they rockets at the same time. In one of my missions a frindly AT Team with 3 AT had to stop an convoy with 2 enemy Ifrit.
All 3 AT soldiers shot they rocket at the first Ifrit the other one survived.
That should get changed.
I think the only thing you can do at the moment, is to remove their pistol (This removeweapon "hgun_P07_snds_F";). If they only can use their sniper rifle they are very good. But don't have much ammo

I think in a firefight you get an adrelanin rush. So they should ad efects, that are similar to the realife.
Some said in there commends soldiers are trained to deal with that.
But i thinks even a soldier will still be stressed and fearful when he gets under fire. I Added some youtube link. I think this video supports my opinion.
