The voicechat issue seems like it could indeed be caused by your internet connection rather than the game itself, but we have currently been looking into similar problems - hopefully one of the fixes will help you as well.

would it be possible to try a couple possible workarounds?
- Verify the game data (Rightclick on DayZ in Steam Library - Properties - Local files - Verify integrity of game cache)
- Reinstall the game
- Launch both Steam and DayZ as administrator
- Try launching the game with resolution parameters changed as described here: http://forums.dayzgame.com/index.php?/topic/203970-resolution-problems-read-here-before-posting/ . Also try changing the windowed parameter value to 1 in the same way.
- Make sure your drivers, especially graphics card are up to date
Also, it would be appreciated if you could attach your DxDiag (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DxDiag) report to the ticket.

Okay, talked about this to the designers and it is currently intended behavior which is a result of some general principles of the attachments. To be honest it makes sense to me that one of these has to be removed before it can be replaced with the other one (even if it might not be 100% consistent with some other behavior).
This might eventually get tweaked but for now please bear with us.

as stated above, the weapon switch animation will either be performed while the character is standing still or while it is moving, depending on whether you started the animation while moving or still.
While it is currently considered to be the intended state, we are working on animations and this should be resolved eventually - please be patient.

the FT is most definitely not dead and we keep track of every ticket.
The reason for no response here was simply the fact that we are aware of this problem and it has been scheduled for an eventual rework - which might take some time, as the whole situation is quite closely linked to the server restart and persistence systems in general.
Rest assured we are looking into ways of preventing this, but as I said, due to the complex nature of the problem, it might take time - please be patient.
I am going to close this ticket, as the issue has been reported before. I'll also make it private to prevent anyone who might not know about this from abusing it.
