Specifically after taking damage the view doesn't always clear even through the character is back to full health. What I've found is that by going in to the "menu" and "Video" menu it seems to "refresh" the view and sharpens it back up.

I've deactivated post-process and mine is still blurry until i hit "video". This doesn't fix my blurry issue.
