If you have a bayonet on your weapon and a silencer at your inventory, you can't swap the bayonet and silencer to be exact. The only way to put the silencer on the weapon is to take out the bayonet from the weapon and put the silencer.
I am reporting this since it is possible to swap sights etc but not those.

I'm pretty sure the OP is talking about the M4.
What you meant was a compensator not a compressor in case of the Mosin.

Okay, talked about this to the designers and it is currently intended behavior which is a result of some general principles of the attachments. To be honest it makes sense to me that one of these has to be removed before it can be replaced with the other one (even if it might not be 100% consistent with some other behavior).
This might eventually get tweaked but for now please bear with us.
