I have heard of this before but today was the first time i saw it for myself.

At the south-west most military base (below Pavlovo) all of the buildings (barracks, hospital, office building, garages/sheds) were packed with loot, beyond counting. Like, i literally could not see the floor, amount of loot. hundreds of items. In the office building there was so much loot on the shelves that it was floating in the air next to the shelves as well. There was easily over a thousand items in total throughout the base.

My first assumption is that this was some sort of hack, but i cannot give any evidence aside from speculation.
