Description

When playing, I get a large ring of dark shadows around my character with pixelated shadows on the character itself. This happens even if I turn shadows off.

Steps To Reproduce

Seems to happen almost every time I play, but I think it is caused by the rain.

UPDATE: Can confirm this only happens in the rain, and happens every time I play when it is raining.

Hey droidekafan and sorry to hear about your trouble.
Could you please attach your DxDiag (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DxDiag) report to the ticket? More specifically, I'd be interested in knowing which graphics card you use (AMD by any chance?).

Yep, The graphics card I use is an Sapphire R9 290 Tri-X.

I am also getting this bug. Only happens when it is raining, it is a dark ring of shadow around my character. It is fixed when in first person mode. I am running an Gigabyte Windforce AMD Radeon R9 290 GPU.
