I was driving the truck, all of a sudden I started to road bounce a tad, then went right into the ground. Character was still alive, couldn't drive out of it. Engine died. Then I went to reset the game, came back and it was re spawned in a new town dead.

It was the town just past the Big tent city in cochobka
I went around the corner as the bumpy road threw me into the north end past the last right north house before the vehicle spawn just north of that.
I went poof right into the ground bouncing up and down then into the ground. Re spawned as I couldn't see my guy in 3rd either and I was dead but it didn't say I was dead.
Didn't check to see if it was desyncing at the time.
