I've seen this several times over the last couple of days.

Every now and then I'll come across a group of buildings that have ridiculous amounts of items in them. It's usually in places where weapons are more common to be found. I've come in to a prison building to see 10 or so makarov pistols strewn about as well as 5 or more different items in the same exact spot, inside each other.

It's always more than one building in the general area that I've seen. I've noticed that the vehicles outside the affected building that typically only spawn 1 or 2 items also have about 10 items scattered around or on top of each other as well.

With no players on the server, sometimes when I crouch in the more populated areas of loot and drink a canned drink, my legs will break.

I have also been randomly knocked unconscious only to die in rooms like this. I can't rule out player intervention in those cases.

persistent servers with the teddy bears that have not been looted is a good example of this issue. The old loot persists and new loot spawn in, so they stack in nice little circles... I assume this is less of a bug and more of a feature of the old loot spawn system that has not been revised for persistent loot servers yet. These types of super loot spawns are typical of all persistent servers since persistence has been working.

We are aware of such occurrences as they have been reported before - the loot spawning system might get tweaked on a bigger scale soon, which should hopefully take care of these issues. Please be patient.
