The Suppressor East should take the place of the AK74's muzzle brake. Essentially, the suppressor's end should be flush against the front of the front sight.

Right now, it just hangs off the front of the muzzle brake. In reality, even if it were possible to mount it like that, it would do very very very little to suppress any sound at all.
