Truck is stuck in the back yard where it spawned, Zelenogorsk next to clinic.
Reproducibility unknown, only time i have seen the truck spawn here.

This is actually a problem with the gate you are trying to go through rather than the spawn location, however we are currently looking into it - please be patient.
