Ok having tested this some more it seems more server specific so I guess it is something more server side that needs to be looked at than client side, notably it is more on private shard modded servers where the change has not implemented correctly, though not all

Can you please provide a video of the issue? and do you produce this consistently across various servers? Also do you mean that there is a delay after the respawn countdown until your new character spawns?

We are going to investigate this issue internally. Also, is it possible that something blocks the construction of the frame/walls? (the nearby fences possibly?) Is this consistent with all the fences bases you have built in previous version?

Do you mean that the actual vehicle doors/hood cannot be opened (not just the world wrecks?). And have you also experienced this upon relogging? And was this on a modded or vanilla server?

Hello, if I check everything and there is nothing on the floors below they just disappear, try again with a 45 usg charger it looks but you can not take it again and a knife case also failed and something else that I tried and were the ones that disappeared was the lighter. Neither appear in the vicinity.

That's probably there to prevent the abuse of another bug.
It appears this bug occurs with fence bases constructed in 1.07. Which for me is a lot.
After trying the experimental servers, the problem still occurs. I have no memory spikes in RAM, but I do in CPU and GPU when I exit my inventory if that means anything. As for memory allocation I have not tried.

Have you tried drinking more water? As it is possible this has not been enough to change the state. Also have you tried this with different levels of hydration?

Can you check if you are experiencing this on the experimental version as well? Also, do you experience any memory spikes in RAM when this occurs? And have you tried to tweak the memory allocation to see if that has any effect on the problem?

There also seems to be an issue with rendering when you exit the scope. A momentary drop in frames while the environment possibly re-renders?

Please try to navigate in to your C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\*id of your account*\ folder, then to the 221100 folder and delete everything in this particular folder.
Upon doing so, delete the contents of your C:\Users\*username*\Documents\DayZ and verify the game data in Steam. Make sure that you do not have Steam cloud sync enabled before doing so.

On the official servers, characters are shared across their respective hives - meaning you will always have the same character on the 3rd person and first person servers (one for each).
On the community servers, the characters are tied to the internal server database and you will usually have different character for each server.
