It's not possible to place oil barrels for storage in any of the houses in the abandoned/ruined town south of Guglovo, between Guglovo and Mogilevka. Dropping them works (although they then end up with a roughly 45 degrees tilt) but not the action to place them even though the ground beneath is flat. I have only tried with an oil barrel but i'm guessing similar items such as tents won't be possible to place either. I have left/joined the server as well as restarted game with no improvement.
