Tried on a couple of servers to catch some animals, skin them and craft fireplaces to cook the meat on in the "new cooking slots".
On standard made fireplaces using just some sticks and kindle to craft i see no seperate cooking slots, so i tried in a building fireplace and there was two slots for "cooking" neither would accept raw meat and the only place i could place food was in the inventory of fireplace, it then heated it up but if it reached 100 degrees just burned the item.
make fireplace, anywhere outside or at designated indoor fireplace and try to place food in the cooking slots, it doesnt work
Ok having tested this some more it seems more server specific so I guess it is something more server side that needs to be looked at than client side, notably it is more on private shard modded servers where the change has not implemented correctly, though not all

We have been testing the issue internally but were unable to produce this on our end. In case you experience this issue on non modded servers and find some other information you could share with us, please do so here.

it seemed to be simply outdated server setups on some servers, I shall report issues after having been able to better reproduce them from herein. I jumped the gun :P
