close settings.
re-open settings.
see colour depth has not changed.
get annoyed.

Additional Information

making this option available would save a lot of processing power.......most monitors are 8 or 10bit, rarely 12bit.

even still i would like the option to change it to be working.

Event Timeline

anyone? ould really save a fair amount of processing power.

12bit colour per pixel uses 50% more information to produce colours than 8bit.

if a 12bit signal is sent to an 8bit or 10bit colour depth monitor.......its completely wasted.

awesome. thnanks for letting me know

have you noticed any performance difference between 8bit and 12bit colour?

FFS GUYS HIDING THE OPTION IS NOT FIXING IT.

1920x1080 is 2,072,600 pixels.

so at 8bit color thats 16,588,800 bits per frame
and at 12bit thats 24,883,200 bits per frame

ur literally spamming 8,294,400 bit (1036862.5 bytes) to the wind........at 60fps thats nearly 60mb a second or fucking wasted data!!!!
its not wonder dayz runs like a bag of shit

your solution like your work ethic is liiterally a joke.
