Hello, sorry I thought you meant "fences" in general.
Now it makes sense.
I don't really think these fences are unnecessary.
At least for maintenance and worker protection it is necessary.
Confirmed.
Your ticket is a duplicate of #0025251
Please support the already existing ticket.
I closed your ticket.
Hello, I can confirm some issue with the translucent surface of the chairback.
The translucent chairback blocks the textures of buildings. That also happens, if the office chair is outside of the building. It depends of the view angel.
I have attached a few pictures just to make sure, we are talking about the same problem.
Hello, this is a duplicate of #0025886
In the Editor you can use Widgets (No Widget, Translation Widget & Rotation Widget) to rotate objects. You can find these next (right side) to the Undo/Redo buttons.
Best regards.
It seems that your graphics driver of your Intel HD GPU caused the trouble.
Have you updated your GPU with the latest driver version?
If you are using the latest driver, try to use an older driver.
Best regards.
Only the crashdump files. These files have the same name but different file types (e.g. arma3_2016-02-03_12-00-00.rpt, arma3_2016-02-03_12-00-00.bidmp & arma3_2016-02-03_12-00-00.mdmp)
Hello, please make sure you don't use any mods.

Hello, this is not a glitch or a bug.
Rifle slings/carrying straps on weapons are not visual present in the game.
That issue is only reproducable in the development branch 1.57.134216
It is not reproducable in the Release Candidate 1.56.134260
The issue got fixed in the development branch 1.57.134264
Please change your subject, because you can place explosives like items on the ground.
Yes, the mines are armed. All kind of anti personnel mines will explode if you step over or get too close to them. A special button seems to be required to place them as not armed.
For now the "attachto" command is just of cosmetic nature.
But you can place all kind of items in the vehicle storage with the Eden 3D editor for other users.
You only need a Toolkit in you inventory (e.g. Explosive Specialist).
With the Toolkit you are able to disarm all kind of placed explosives. After you disarmed the explosive, you can pick it up.
Fixed in the latest development branch 1.57.134311.
But it is still an issue in the RC branch.
I can confirm that issue in the latest development branch 1.57.134216
Hello, I took my time and activated my onboard sound. I still can't manage to reproduce your sound issues. Everything is fine for me.
Thanks for the rpt-files. Maybe some of the developers can find the cause of the issue.
Yes please. If you can upload the latest rpt file after a quick reproduction session that would be great.
I am using a 10 years old "SB X-Fi Elite Pro" and I didn't have any problems so far. I did not tested my onboard sound card yet(deactivated), maybe the same can happen to me too.
That NVIDIA Virtual Audio Device makes me very suspicious. For what do you need it?
As far as I can see, you are using a Logitech G430 headset that has its own soundchip and drivers.
Please try following: Completely uninstall the NVIDIA Virtual Audio Device, mark your Logitech G430 as your primary sound device, start Arma 3 without modifications and try to reproduce the audio issue again.
Hello, I've read your description, watched your video and tried to reproduce that issue with the development version 1.57.134182.
I did not experience the sound issues you are talking about. For me everything worked fine.
What Windows version are you using?
What sound device are you using?
Have you used modifications?
Does the sound issue appears if you don't use a streaming or recording software?
Best regards
This is an intended feature.
As closer you get to the ground or water line as slower the camera movement gets (for a more detailed and comfortable item placement).
The double click (on the map view I suggest?) changes the camera position and copies the camera height you had on the solid ground. If the camera was close to the solid ground it will be close to the bottom of the sea (e.g. the camera is 100m above the airfield -> in the map view double click somewhere on the map -> the camera is still 100m above the ground level on the new position).
The problem was, that your username did not contain latin letters. That can be not just a problem for Arma 3 (other software might cause trouble too).
Make sure, your profile path only contains such latin letters and everything should be fine.
Best regards and I close the ticket.
Hello, according to your latest rpt-files it seems that you're still using the same profile path (C:\Users\נטי\Documents\Arma 3).
If you just delete the profile path and restart the game, the game just creates a new profile path at the same location.
For test purposes: Please try to create a custom path (Arma 3 Launcher->"Parameters"->"Advanced" tab->"Advanced" tree->"Profile Path") that contains only latin letters (e.g. "D:\testpath").
-Now start the game and wait until the main menu screen -> welcome screen should appear
-Close the game and restart it with the same profile path settings again (should be saved in the launcher settings) -> welcome screen should be gone
Please post your result
Can you please upload the rpt file from the RC?
Hello, for me the welcome screen only appeared once.
Have you tried to start the development branch without any modifications (you are using many of those)?
I forwarded the problem to the developers. I really hope that problem will be fixed soon.
I can confirm that issue.
No problem and you're welcome.
Sometimes a mod might cause some strange behaviours.
I closed the ticket.
Hello, I have just tested the VR Training "Helicopter Weapon Systems" without any problems.
The "Autocannon" part just took a few seconds for me to finish.
Can you please be more specific? Maybe you can post a video of your issue.
Do you use any modifications for Arma 3?
Best regards
Hello, in the Virtual Arsenal the sirens are optional components.
There is only one motorboat class with three different skin (camouflage) types: civilian, police and rescue
All three skin types can be combined with police light bars and "rescue boat"/"police" signs as components (hideable)
I think, this is intended.
Thanks for the crashdumps. One of the developers will take a care of your problem the next days.
In the meantime try to verify the integrity of your game cache.
Hello, according to your attached crashdump files, the last unusual exit processes happened in November 2015 (stable branch version 1.52 and development branch version 1.55).
The actual stable branch is 1.54.x and the latest development branch is 1.57.x
Please update your game files with Steam and tell us, if the unusual exit process still happens.
Please attach the latest crashdump files to your ticket.
Best regards
Hello, this is an already known issue #0027631
Hello, that request already has a ticket #0014039
Connected wrong duplicated ticket.
I can confirm that stuttering too.
Hello, the translation by Google is pretty bad.
Can you please ask someone to translate your request?
For now, I can't understand what you want us to tell.
Best regards
Duplicate of #0027631
I marked the ticket as resolved. According to the ticket author, the issue got fixed.
@cater182: I found a good video which explains what I am talking about. I am talking about the "echo" part ((but not the subtle "pop" seconds after the shot). Here is the link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FA31qbHwWPQ
I can't tell, if we both speak of the same effect. You told about a popping sound a second after you fired your weapon. In your video you are shooting to often to tell the difference.
Maybe you can upload a video where you can show (with a popping dot) when the audio problem starts after each shot. Fire some single rounds with three seconds delay that everybody knows what you are meaning.
And don't forget: The enhanced new weapon sounds still are work in progress.
That "audio popping" is an ambient sound reflection of the explosion sound of your gun.
Example: If you ignite a fire cracker in an empty area with buildings around, you will first hear the explosion and a short moment later a second but little bit damped explosion. The second explosion is the reflected sound of the surroundings.
it is nothing more than a simple echo in the weapons tail.
Please visit the forum of the creators (Sa-matra) of "King of the Hill" if you have a problem with that multiplayer mode.
As far as I know, you will get compensation points if the system forces you to change the team.
In the upcoming Eden 3D editor you are able to select the loadout (with the Arsenal) for each unit.
Even a loadout editor for vehicles and all kind of storage boxes are available.
I closed the ticket because it is a duplicate.
Hello, this "issue" has already got its own ticket: #0000716
A little advice: Cursing is not the key
Hello, thanks for your response.
Do your TV and Laptop both support the same resolution (e.g 1920*1080)?
If your TV supports a different resolution than your display of your Laptop, there might be the reason of the issue.
If this is tha case, try to set both displays to the same resolution.
If you want to use your TV because it has a higher resolution than your Laptop, you have to set the TV as the primary display.
Hello, please try following:
After the launcher opened, go to the basic settings and mark following entry:
No Splash (bypass the splash screens on startup of Arma 3)
optional: Skip Intro (disables world intros in the main menu permanently)
That will probably shorten the boot time for Arma 3.
I forwarded the problem to the development team.
I can confirm that behaviour too. That should not happen.
As far as I can see, the game already creates a file called tempMissionSP after you placed some stuff and clicked on preview.
But once you created a savegame, the tempMissionSP file got ignored by the system and the actual savegame is used.
Hello, I know that you want to share your ideas with the development team and the community, but I don't believe that the feedback tracker is the right place for.
There is one rule to retain the overview: Feedback reports should ideally be clear and not too long.
Please use the forums to discuss your requests: https://forums.bistudio.com
Hello, please upload the latest crashdump files (rpt + mdmp + bidmp) and attach them to your ticket.
These files are located in: C:\Users\<Name>\AppData\Local\Arma 3\
Don't get me wrong. I am not here to annoy random people. I am here to moderate the feedback tracker.
The existing ticket (#0012255) already has the idea of towing aircrafts.
You are able to discuss your visions/point of view in the ticket (how to implement it in the game).
You can also discuss and suggest a more detailed description and better subject of the ticket.
Maybe some day one of the developers might get attention of it and we will see a towing system in future updates.
But for now your two created tickets (#0027649 & #0027650) are just duplicates.
Please do not spam the feedback tracker with duplicates.

Hello, please deactivate all modifications (e.g. Nam) and try to start the game again.
This is an USB headset am I right?
If this is the case, the headset has its own build-in soundcard.
Maybe the game just crashes because the headset is losing its connection now and then.
A simple solution might be to play the game with another headset or speakers for a couple of days. If the error still occurs there might be another reason for this error.
Hello, the developers of Arma 3 are not responsible for mod related problems.

You don't have to create waypoints. It is only necessary to open the attributes of the callsign (f.e. Alpha 1-1) and click OK.
The issue got resolved in today's development branch 1.57.134182 (https://forums.bistudio.com/topic/140837-development-branch-changelog/page-36#entry2974115)
I can confirm that issue.
I can confirm the quick fading.
Hello, I wasn't able to reproduce that crash in todays (01.02.2016) development branch 1.57.134182
Hello MinePwns, please don't spam the feedback tracker with your issues. You already have created four tickets (#0027553, #0027587, #0025596 and #0025634) and one of those ticket got assigned (#0025596).
If you still have problems use the assigned ticket and upload the latest crashdump files there.
I was able to reproduce that crash too.
I attached my crashdump files to the ticket.
- open Eden
- place a random unit somewhere on the map
- right click on the callsing (f.e. Alpha 1-1)
- choose Attributes
- press OK in the Attributes menu
Hello, is your Steam running before you try to start the game with the launcher?
Have you verified the integrity of your game cache? Maybe you accidently deleted some important files when you had the modifications and key files removed.

Hello, I wasn't able to reproduce that issue in todays (01.02.2016) development branch 1.57.134182
You now can save and open missions without losing the binocular items.
Confirmed

A dynamic description box might solve the problem.
Hello, have you already verified the integrity of the game cache with Steam?
If the error still appears, please attach all rpt-files (especially the latest files after the error appeared) to your ticket.
Unfortunately the already attached "basic.rpt" file is not enough.

Hello, you are using several modifications (TFR, TRPG, TRPG CBA3 and Arma Enhanced Movement) in combination with an unofficial multiplayer game mode (Trinity Roleplay) on an unofficial map (Lakeside Roadview).
The developers are not responsible for issues with third party content (modifications, custom maps and scripts).

Hello, can you please be more specific with your game crash? Maybe some other players have similar issues and they might relate to your ticket.
Under which circumstances do you experience those crashes?
-in multiplayer?
-in singleplayer?
-in the editor?
-in the arsenal?
-while booting the game or in the main menu?
Have you verified the integrity of the game cache with Steam (you had not mentioned it)?
Please update your description and (if possible) the steps of reproduction.
Best regards
But please explain to me:
With your settings (left shift + W = lean left): How do you then additional want to "hold breath" if you are leaning while using optics? Wouldn't it be more simple to just choose another key for "holding breath"?
If I understand you correctly, you are still using the left shift key for "holding breath". But you don't want to hold breath if you lean left (or right) while pressing left shift + w
I know what you want to tell: a key combination (shift + W) creates a new function (leaning left) but disables all the single key functions (shift for "holding breath" and W for "moving forward").
Maybe you will find some supporters for your suggestion.
Hello, as far as I know "holding breath" only gets activated if you are looking through the optics or iron sights of a weapon, binoculars or laser designator.
How do you imagine it should work?
How should the game know that you now don't want to hold breath while you are looking through the optics and using a key that is defined as "hold breath"?
How many buttons do you prefer to use if you want to lean left or right and holding the breath for a more accurate shot?
-"And "no", change of keybinding is not a solution :)"
Please don't get me wrong but I am afraid that is your own problem then.
I can confirm that issue.
According to the latest development branch the issue seems to be fixed.
https://forums.bistudio.com/topic/140837-development-branch-changelog/page-36#entry2981663
Can you please check this out?
FullZero: Thanks for the information
For now you are only able to change the skin but not the components (doors, bumpers, backpacks etc.). Or am I missing something?
I know that it is not a satisfactory solution but does your server still crashes after you deactivated all modifications? There might be some conflicts between the mods which causes the crash.
Confirmed
The initialization field in the 3D-Editor seems to be missing a line break function.

Hello amooei
There is a simple solution for using the stable and development branch without downloading large files everytime you want to switch.
You can download "Arma 3 Tools" (Steam->Library->Tools).
Open "Arma 3 Tools" and open the "Game Updater".
With the "Game Updater" you can easily download the latest development branch in a separate location without overwriting the stable branch.
Best regards
Hello, low FPS may result of several causes.
Please provide us with more informations.
-what are your pc specifications (GPU, CPU, RAM)?
-have you installed the latest GPU drivers?
-do you use any modifications for Arma 3?
-have you verified the integrity of your game cache?
-have you defragged your gaming hdd?
Have you already tried to check the integrity of the game cache (Steam->Library->Arma 3->Properties->Local Files->verify the integrity of game cache)?
If the launcher still crashes, try following step:
-uninstall the Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable package (x86 version)
-restart your computer (!) and install the package again - https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=40784 (do not use the Repair function).
Yes, these are the right files, but:
As far as I can see you changed the description at the same moment I created my first comment (you mentioned later that you use modifications).
The developers of Arma 3 are not responsible for problems arising from modifications (CUP, RHS and so on). Only the official content is supported.
A little advice: Try to only use the recommended modifications for the missions and deactivate all the other not mentioned mods. Maybe that should help.
More mods may cause more problems.
Hello, the developers need more informations about your issue. A screenshot alone isn't enough.
