"Attempted to reproduce in the editor using the same helicopter, but it wouldn't work."
Because you were on a server with custom mission. á la ever-buggy Wasteland.
And decrease the FPS even more by making micro-destructable etc.? no thanks.
Could be just some Alpha placeholder, I'm going to upvote anyways because it clearly is wrong.
This would also give time to escape from the "sinking ship"
But I think this is somehow already implemented? Because yesterday when a AT shot at my Ifrit everything turned red (The indicators on the top-left corner) but the vehicle didn't immediately blow up so I ignored it and kept firing. but after a 5-7 seconds the vehicle blew up in the air.
I wasn't sustaining any damage after the AT shot.
Happened to me too, I added dozen RED KA-60s and flew around with BLUE Littlebird and started firing. They just aimed at me or flew away from me. They never fired a shot
Same here.
Resolution 1920x1080
Confirmed;
OPFOR AT's kept shooting with Katibas instead of switching to Alamuts.
Could be the "Shadows" option in the video settings. Because right now the highest setting for Shadows is "High" and it looks pretty bad when comparing to the "Low" setting, on "High" setting the shadow is really serrated and from distance it flickers. I think the final setting for shadows are going to be either "Ultra" or "High" which would include smoother shadowing and cloud shadows
Sounds like it would require a lot of work from BIS, basically they would probably have to redo the editor.
I'm not sure if I got it right though, do you mean that you and your friends could edit mission at the same time? Like some Google Spreadsheet etc?
Sounds good, and maybe since the door is already open, would the animation be shorter and therefore entering vehicle faster?
You guys might want to do a re-install or verify game file integrity at least.
Definitely a bug.
They're dead while still alive.

I hope it's caused by lack of optimization in Alpha stage, not because it's ArmA.
Downvote because I didn't experience this, the bug could be with the mission.
Just a small tweak but I guess it adds immersion
/up
Have you tried using the flushing?
SHIFT + Minus and type FLUSH
I believe the HUD is on the visor
Your zeroing is 300 meters, that affects the aiming.
Definitely vote up, never liked SixLauncher, prefer Steam over it and Steam Workshop is really good anyways.
Shot with pistol and the enemy makes backflip?
Ranking system to Arma III when hell freezes.
Sounds a bit.. arcade-ish. Dunno.
Were you guys playing Wasteland gamemode? that gamemode is prone to crashes with inventory.
Taking First Aid Kits too fast also causes game to crash in it.
Meh, I don't really care.
Sometimes the mission files make the game go boomboom. Just delete the mission files from the documents folder and allow the game to redownload them.
C:\Documents\Arma 3 Alpha - Other Profiles\<profilename>\Saved\mpmissions
Sometimes crash on join/pressing "OK" can be solved by deleting the mission files from;
C:\Documents\Arma 3 Alpha - Other Profiles\ProfileName\Saved\mpmissions\
Even if you don't have a problem with it someone else can. I know it's kinda small problem but it affects my playing style pretty much and it bothers me.
Using freelook with negative mouse acceleration can be pain in the ass sometimes. Sometimes you move the mouse too much or too litte.
Negative mouse acceleration.

Make it just like in ArmA 2 and it's perfect.
Have you tried turning off the HDR and see how that affects?
