I can confirm this issue on Ubuntu 15.04, but only in fullscreen mode.
But if i use "--eon_force_display=2" to enforce the middle screen (tribblehead setup [ 0 ][ 2 ][ 1 ]) i still cant interact with ui elements

A possible fix for the "Memory Could Not Be Written" error is to disable any screen cap software especially GeForce Experience/Shadowplay. Teamspeak is also known to cause this error. I used to get that exact error in ArmA 2: OA and disabling Shadowplay was an instant fix. Also, try verifying your ArmA 3 game files through your Steam library.
Maybe this information helps, in some way.

The banning system is administrated by Battleye, we have absolutely no involvement in the process of detecting cheats/hacks nor administrating any bans etc. We would suggest you to contact Battleye directly.

Steps how i can reproduce the issue is:
join in a server lobby, wait about 5sek and know the complete game lag massive, its quite hard to assign a role and play enter game.
This affect everywhere.
Using Steam DEV or stable all the same.
RPT tell nothing about it.

Ok, now its going weird, we tested in with 10 people.
6 were affected with this issue, the other 4 people were fine.
Tested with build:
Client: 1.19.123771
Server: 1.19.123771
Its very simple:
press the addAction "addWeaponGlobal".
Press the "firemode changing key", for me its "f", to grap the weapon from the back.
Now shot the magazine empty.
Try to reload trought the "reload key" "r" -> NOPE won't reload.
Now look in the Inventory "i", and you will see there is always a empty magazine.
BTW the second video on the top in the description show which problem i mean.
We will try it later with the latest Steam DEV and give you feedback.

All HDD's are connected via ISCSI on a 10GBit, no problem in other games.
Base FPS: 32-33
Starting spawning C_Offroad_01_F: 10 FPS (during spawn) 14-15 FPS (after spawning)
Same with hideobject false & enablesimulationglobal false:
8 FPS (during spawn) 12-13 FPS (after spawning)
Starting spawning B_MBT_01_arty_F: 3-5 FPS (during spawn) 14-15 FPS (after spawning)

Can't determine where it came from, i can only say it makes no difference if you running the server on low end (AMD Dual core) or high end (4x Intel Xeon 8 Core).
But it appears faster if more player are on the server. e.g. 10-15 will be enough to see this issue the first time, on high player count.

It's very easy reproduceable:
use
setVariable ["test123", true];
on every building in the map for example Altis
and create a addaction that will only show if the variable test123 on the cursorTarget exist.
And ull see it will work sometimes.
