when i launch arma 3 i get only arou 8 FPS i have a i7 3820 and a GTX 680 8gb 1866mhz ram my fps is like that even in the editor screen also arma 3 only uses 5% of my cpu i have tried other demanding games like BF4 and DCS world with no issues at all. i have also noticed that the fps goes up quickly when alt tabing in to the game, and game settings have no impact on fps i get 8 no matter if i run low or ultra

i have tried reinstalling, verifying via steam, Format my pc, run with -winxp launch setting i have updated every driver on my pc and bios, tweaked settings directly in nvidia control panel, tweakin arma setting directly in the cfg file, runing as admin, forcing vsync off but nothing helps
