Hmm.. I think it would troublesome because your trackIR sensitivity can make you lose track what you want to focus on when using bino. In Arma 3 when using bino trackIR doesn't track I believe. You use mouse to turn around.

Hmm true this does happen, but it seems right. Having used binoculars extensively, I never kept them held up to my face, turned my head and not the binoculars with my head. In fact, I do just like the game, lower the binoculars in front of me and look around.

I was able to fix this issue on PC by deleting InputUserSettings.conf in C:\Users\[yournamehere]\Documents\My Games\ArmaReforger\profile\.save\settings which resets your binds but fixes the cyclic issue
unfortunately, it didn’t. it seems like very few fly on xbox, and even fewer have this bug, so i’m most likely going to have to deal with this issue on my own
I can delete my saved arma data on xbox. from what I know, it deletes my mods, but also may fix the settings. i’ll try and and hope it works
I have potential fix for PC users.
I'm having the same issue, I can't use mouse vertical down as cyclic back. Didn't realize this ticket was here before I opened my ticket. All the PC players on my server are nose diving into the ground all day xD
