Issue Description:
When spawning in certain vehicles with AI, they either spawn with the incorrect characters for them or don't spawn any characters at all.

Here is the list of vehicles that spawn incorrect characters or don't spawn anyone:
US:

  • M997 ambulances spawns in a US rifleman and grenadier, when they should be medics. Also the medic seat in the back does not spawn anyone
  • UH-1 transport helicopter spawns no one
  • UH-1 armed helicopters only spawns the gunners, however they are Soviet soldiers
  • LAV-25 spawns a US rifleman as the gunner, no driver is spawned, and the passengers are Soviet soldiers

USSR:

  • UAZ-469 with PKM spawns a US soldier as the gunner
  • UAZ-452A ambulance and UAZ-452 cargo van spawns no one
  • UAZ-452 transport van spawns US soldiers as rear passengers, and no front passenger with no driver
  • All Ural-4320 trucks do not spawn a driver
  • The BTR-70 and BRDM don't spawn with any proper tanker crewmen
  • Mi-8 transport helicopter spawns no one

FIA:

  • All UAZ-469 cars spawns Soviet soldiers for the driver and the front passenger seat, as well as a US soldier for the gunner seat for the armed versions
  • Ural-4320 transport truck (canopy) spawns in Soviet soldiers as passengers for the back
  • The arsenal, ammo, repair, and construction Ural-4320 trucks spawns Soviet soldiers and no driver
  • The BTR-70 and BRDM don't spawn with any proper tanker crewmen
  • BRDM spawns a Soviet soldier in the commander seat
  • UAZ-452A ambulance and UAZ-452 cargo van spawns no one
  • UAZ-452 transport van spawns US soldiers as rear passengers, and no front passenger with no driver

Civilians:

  • All UAZ-469 cars spawn Soviet soldiers
  • All Ural-4320 trucks spawn Soviet soldiers, with no driver
  • All S1203 minibus spawn two US soldiers as passengers
  • All S1203 minibus (cargo) spawns no one
  • S105 cars don't spawn anyone
  • UAZ-452 cargo van spawns no one
  • UAZ-452 transport van spawns US soldiers as rear passengers, and no front passenger with no driver
  • The UH-1 transport helicopter and Mi-8 transport helicopter spawn no one (maybe a civilian pilot character could be created for them)

Reproduction Steps:

  • Spawn in the vehicles listed above with AI
Additional Information
  • For the helicopters, I understand that the AI can't fly them, however it would be nice to still have the pilots and crew be spawned in
  • Also, the US and Soviet vehicles spawn in a grenadier as the first passenger, however I believe it should be changed to just a rifleman. The FIA spawns in a rifleman for the first passenger for the vehicles that spawn in the correct characters

Soviet technical. gunner faction is correct (Soviet), but gunner model is wrong (US)


FIA technical. both driver and gunner factions are wrong (Soviet), and in addition, both the driver and the gunner have the wrong model (Soviet and US respectively).
