Issue Description:
certain crewed vehicles spawn without gunners if the game is paused. however, if the game is unpaused at spawn time, both driver and gunner appear as expected.
vehicles affected:

  • UAZ-469 Off-road PKM (soviet and FIA)
  • BTR-70 (soviet and FIA)

As an aside, if the UAZ and BTR are spawned when the game is unpaused, their gunner has the wrong faction skin (US).

Steps To Reproduce
  1. start a GM session
  2. pause the session
  3. spawn in an armed and crewed UAZ or BTR
  4. note gunner is missing
  5. unpause the session
  6. spawn in another armed and crewed UAZ or BTR
  7. note gunner is present (but has wrong skin)
  8. in addition, the Unarmed Huey spawns with a Russian crew
