Issue Description:

when trying to invert the helicopter cyclic up and down (mouse vertical up and down) cyclic back stops working. This is causing myself and many PC players on my server to constantly nose dive in helicopters. it also seems if you keep the controls default, but only invert the mouse vertical up and down, the "S" key also stops working for cyclic back, but "the down arrow key" does still work as cyclic back for some reason.
