Issue Description: Currently it's impossible to get past a long queue without waiting for 30+ minutes under optimal conditions. Admins however need to get into the server, especially when trolls are reported as active, or issues occur. This is not always possible due to the above mentioned issue, long queues.

My suggestion is that any ID added to the "Admins" list in the ServerConfig JSON file are given queue priority, they should always be placed first.
