- Immerse: CamShake for explosions, even distant ones! Slight "twitching" when someone or something fires nearby. A new, small thingy simply called recoil which applies a little screenshake when firing your weapons, intended to make shooting feel more satisfying and punchy. - Align: tries to give you the feeling of actually holding a gun by adding subtle motions when initially lining up your sights and after that while trying to keep them aligned.

It's not "Feedback" it's a BUG because you can't select anything with the A button after opening the radial menu! Try it while you are being attacked... which is the situation you most need the "quick keys".... e.g. trying to switch to a melee weapon.
server still crashes. Without mdmp. im disabled almost all mods, wipe server and still crash.
As I said, take inspiration from Squad and other games, it does not need to be full blur you can't see your hand in front of your face. Weapons should be less arcade and have a learning curve. Right now they feel like lasers.
Limiting stuff for XBOX... i think over 90% playing Arma on PC?

This is also a major concern for me. Installing an update for me means waiting 10 seconds for the download. And then waiting 10 minutes for it to re-write the files to incorporate the patches.
In Arma 3 that would rewrite one or two small PBO's with a few hundred MB. With 3rd party launchers that can do smart patching, it can even do it without rewriting by just plugging new data onto the end.
In Reforger I wait for it to rewrite gigabytes data.
That's even more terrible on consoles that are more write speed limited.192 byte update? Sure one sec, let me rewrite 17GB of data.
This is just a example of the game itself, but same thing happens to mods alike.

To me the audio is what Arma uses as suppression. When i hear shots going over my head and landing right next to me or an RPG/40mm going over my head I'm not going to peek because i know they have me pinned. I know that one or two hits is all it takes. Getting off the x or popping smoke is going to give me a better chance then trying to be that guy who thinks he's the main character. My experiences and how i react or how quickly i react dictates my response, if i even have a chance to respond.

I fixed that, you can close ticket.
The goal is cinematic experiences, immersiveness, make it slower paced and make gunfights more distant.
I think I understand what you are saying. You want suppression mechanics because you hope that such a mechanic would make realistic tactics more effective in gameplay. Giving the game more depth/fun.

Reforger definetly needs improvements on those sides which you suggest, but not for the rpg. But not to the point of squads ico because that is really bad along with the squads skinny arms which you cant aim at anything.

Yes, this game really needs these upscalers. It will make people with lower end gpu's be able to play the game and make people with medium-higher end gpu's to increase the graphics a bit and/or have more fps, making playing the game more enjoyable. Now it is FSR 3.1, DLSS 3.7 and maybe even XESS 1.3.

The -par parameter should also work with the server. Can you please try? Start the server with the "-par" option. Example: "DayZServer_x64.exe -server -config=serverDZ.cfg -par=D:\path_to_file\parameter.txt -profiles=%userProfile%\Documents\DayZServer". The parameter.txt is the file with list of parameters. Example: "-mods=@mod1;@mod2;@mod3"

We could not exactly produce what is described in the initial report, however we did confirm that CE takes .json spawned items into account. (It counts them towards the current amount of loot on the server) That is however a correct behaviour that we do not plan to change as it could cause further issues. Object spawner is primarily designed for spawning assets. For spawning loot we do recommend using CE as Object spawner was not designed for this.
Also restock is going to be fixed for 1.26.

It’s nearly been two weeks since this glitch was first reported still with no response about fixing it or even acknowledging that it exists. As I play alone (as I can’t hear anyone I’m not looking at within a 1ft radius in proximity chat) I begin to notice more and more glitches that were introduced in this latest update and I start to question if I really want to keep playing a game with so many glitches that also doesn’t allow me to hear the people I enjoy playing with even if the game may be enjoyable at times.

Happened July 9, 2024 at about 2:50 am. CST. They haven't fixed it yet? I think it has something to do with the server keeping you in after you leave... We really need a server history list for things like this.
Happens all the time, on vanilla too. People get stuck in vehicles, they cant exit, GM cant help them, reconect (without player deletion) didnt help eather. Not very nice for gamemodes where your game life matter.
