ive played dayz for around 3k hours and ive never been kicked for query timeout until the day of the 1.25 update. now i get kicked every 10-30 minutes and i dont know of a fix. ive redownloaded everything including clearing out my workshop folder. my friend said to try closing discords task and to run as administrator which worked for about a day but its now back to kicking me to the main menu again. ive played on a few different heavily modded community servers and tried official but im still getting kicked.

I’ll add on my own behalf, I also played this game for 2200+ hours without problems, but with patch 1.25, or rather from its first minutes, I ran into a problem: just like people from above are kicked every 15 minutes, almost all the methods that were indicated above by me have also been tried, and they also did not bring success

I also regularly had this error on the server MIDNIGHT 3PP | LIVONIA PLUS | WIPE 27.05, every 15 minutes of my game, between 6:00 UTC and 8:00 UTC
You need to reproduce the problem on an official Bohemia server so that they can get additional information from their side.

Can you specify how are you connecting to the servers? (Launcher, DZSA, Direct connect or in-game browser?)

Using launcher, Dayz US - NY 6053, 0523 (zulu), kicked after 15min of play. Warning 0x000400FO, You were kicked off the game. BattlEye (Query Timeout)
I've tried logging in through steam and using the DayZ launcher. I've also tried using the DZSA launcher. Neither way works for me. However, I do have some periods (not often) which I'm not being kicked off and my game runs fine on the server. But when the server is reset it will start happening again.
Some feedback about this. Fellow co -players made the disconnects disappear by joining the server directly from the launcher.
The suffered from these disconnects when they started the game via "play" in the launcher and the joined the server from the main menu ingame.
I have no clue, what the difference is. But it seems, joining a server directly could prevent these timeout. I did not test that.

Good afternoon. After the release of patch 1.25, this problem began. Every 15-30 minutes it gets kicked from the server with this error. I checked the integrity of the files, updated the downloader, reinstalled the game, nothing helps. Also, after the patch came out, the game started to slow down.
I have the same problem, after patch 1.25... I noticed that when this error pops up, you can close the game, close Steam and restart the game, then this error does not pop up until the next server restart

Same problem here, I can't play for more than 10 minutes, there's always the "Query Timeout" error, and the game is extremely slow.
Any estimated patch date for correction? I just haven't been able to play since the update.

if you connect directly to the IP address, it will not throw this error until you restart or until you re-login. Perhaps this will somehow help you in solving the problem
пробуйте Подключатся по IP - прямое соединение.... мне помогает, от рестарта до рестарта , ну или пока сам не релогнешся

No procedure mentioned above solves it, I have the same problem, I have already uninstalled the game, reinstalled Battleye and it doesn't work, the most extreme measure was to format the machine and the error still persists.

We are working on fixing the issue as soon as possible. We understand your frustration, however the fix has to be properly tested before being deployed on live version to be sure everything is in order and no other issues arise from implementing the fix.

Since monday it worked for me! Not a single error message. Now it's back every 15 min.

Same here, we have users complaining like crazy that the BE is kicking them every 15min.
some players are struggling.
This works for some of our players not all.
deleting all files in %localappdata%\DayZ
Adding the DayZ_BE.exe and dayz exe files to the firewall or antivirus software
Disable UAC
set Dayz DayZ_BE.exe and DayZ_x64.exe to run as Administrator
If it does not work - do this
Open Task Manager - Details
Run DayZ then find the DayZ_BE.exe and DayZ_x64.exe and set the priority to Realtime. this helps some users.
My only concern is DayZ will use all of the memory and crashes, seems like players with 64GB and higher does not have issues.
My ping to the Data Centre is very high (88ms+/-) and i don't get any of these errors never had. My PC is quite powerful.

Please let us know when there is any news about the hotfix or other fixes for this error. So that you can log into the game and test it. From 13.06 to 19.06, everything worked fine, then every 15 minutes it throws out, as previously written. Feedback is very important, I will update the page every hour.
It seems to work better then it did im not getting kicked nearly as often as before. But yes it still does happen. Occasionally. Sometimes I go hours before getting kicked other times its every 15 minutes for a few times then it'll take hours.
Until June 13-14, I had it like that, then apparently they uploaded some kind of hotfix, and then after June 19 everything broke again
I had these BattlEye related problems a few days ago. I noticed that the Steam Cloud Status (Steam > Library > DayZ) was displaying 'Steam Cloud Error - Unable to Sync'.
Then it occurred to me that my Documents folder (which is synced by Microsoft OneDrive) contains the folders 'DayZ' and 'dzsalauncher'. However, Microsoft OneDrive was inactive at that time.
So I thought that this Steam Cloud Error was caused by Microsoft Onedrive being inactive, and therefore could be causing the BattlEye related problems.
Then I performed the following:
- I shut down DayZ.
- Clicked on Microsoft OneDrive to open/activate it.
- Checked if the Microsoft OneDrive icon was active in the Windows system tray.
- Checked and waited for the 'DayZ' and 'dzsalauncher' folders in my Documents folder to sync successfully.
- Opened my Steam library.
- Clicked DayZ.
- Clicked 'Retry sync' at the Steam Cloud Status.
After this, the Steam Cloud Status at DayZ displayed 'Up-to-date' and I have had no more BattlEye related problems while joining a server or while playing when using the DZSA launcher.
Hopefully this can help you guys as well.

it's seems i'm getting this too. Not managed to get past 15 minutes before kicked. tried on about 15 servers official and community all the same. game is just not playable.
Okey, but can you update that ticket? Its been lying untouched for months with no update from devs.
had a clear night last night but today its back to kicking every 12-15 minutes. had enough.
