Arma 3 Activity

I just realized that I may not have included all of the current logs. Here are all of them (I Think)
Jan 21 2017
So, I followed your instructions, and none of the mods that I subscribed to showed up. However, Around two thirds of all of my mods (I have a bunch of them) all said they were updated. Anyway, here are the logs:
I'm still thinking about that, because Arma and Launcher shares the code, the upload/download technology is different, but the list of the items should be the same.
One more thing. Does unsubscribing from the mods just fix the crashes, or will it also make the mods be recognized in a timely manner by the launcher?
Holy crap, thanks so much! I had no idea this would get resolved so quickly. Seriously, thank you for your quick responses!
This is usually caused by large number of subscribed items on Steam Workshop. When a large list of mods is being processes, there is a momentary spike in memory usage while the list of mods is transferred from Steam to Launcher and if the OS can't allocated necessary amount of memory fast enough, it will cause the crash.
Here is the latest Arma 3 launcher crash log. It is from the 29th of December.
Hello,
could you please upload Launcher logs? You can export them from Options menu choose Export Launcher logs to Desktop. Also please check you desktop for any text file with error report, Launcher is supposed to create one when if it crashes.
Fleeing returns false, however unwanted behavior continues
Thanks @Lex
Hello,
you're right, there seems to be an issue after Steam update on 18th January. We're trying to put together some details, but for now it seems that restarting Steam client helps to solve the issue.
@simp1yhotmailcouk, what version of the game and what branch did this issue occur on? You can use the Arma 3 Launcher to copy the information to the clipboard.
Please?
As promised, he sent me a report with an error Arma3 1.66.

@Alwin Hey. have you guys found anything yet?
@cdtfry This has been fixed in version DEV, in next 1.67 the fix.
I can confirm this in current stable build

That was the problem, the game was not saved on the C drive, but the steam update made it so the mods were all redownloading on my c drive. It seemed to have sorted itself out now though, but it made for an interesting night
I didn't change anything in those folders, i just took a peek to see if the mods are still there, checked properties and it had 40gb+ in it.
Hello,
Steam client is supposed to always download the mods to a same drive as where the game is installed. We have no control over this.
can I ask you about your crash report, please?
Hello,
unfortunately Arma 3 Launcher no longer have control over download process, it's all controlled by Steam client.
As I expected from your description.
The problem is here nvwgf2um.dll which means that there is some discrepancy in your GPU drivers. Your PC can containt some old AMD drivers remains caused collision with new Nvidia drivers.
ok, thanks for your time.
1.62 version? Have you updated on 1.66?
This folder - \ workshop \ content \ 107410 - cache MOD
This folder - \ Steam \ SteamApps \ common \ Arma 3 \ Workshop -! Labels are placed on the MOD to arma3laucher.
Vita changed anything in this folder?
As you can see, it has a warning about the risk - "DO_NOT_CHANGE_FILES_IN_THESE_FOLDERS!".
Try the following procedure:
- Start arma3laucher
- Press - "Restore default" - "OK"
- Go to the section in laucher "Mod"
- Open events, try to repair the "MOD"
If you do not help, you need to download all the broken again MOD
- Start arma3laucher
- Go to the section in laucher "Mod"
- Open a broken Mod
- Open the page "the Mod" - "1". Unsubscribe from Mod, do not close the page.
- The launcher remove the Mod - the number "2".
- On the page, subscribe to the Mod Mod.
Not only HEMTT have no hand brake sound. It´s issue related to another several vehicles. We know it thanks to this ticket. We´ll investigate this issue.
I´ve checked your callstacks and there is something with your Kernelbase.dll which allow multiple software programs to share the same function.
Some programms cause deleting KernelBase.dll so check if you still have it in your PC, if not, download it. I don´t recommend you to download it from non official servers because DLL from there should contain harmful viruses. You can download it directly from Microsoft.
As in the past - has not been resolved, reproduced on DEV1.67
Okay, thanks. It just seemed silly that the RPG-7 had more range and less drop than the Alamut.
@suga, try uploading to a free file sharing service such as Dropbox, Microsoft OneDrive, Google Drive, Mega.nz, and so forth, and then link to the report file.
Hope this idea isn't dead yet. I would love to take a Blackfish from Stratis for HALO insertion on Altis. It would add a lot more immersion than taking off from the same island
@Storm117 RPG-7 range will be tweak in next patch around 900 meters.
negative. Only on the RHS virtual arsenals
it will not let me drop log file in
Does this happen without RHS?
@Storm117 My Videos from Arma3DEV version, as it will be 1.67

I had already tried to verify the game cache and that didn't make any difference.
the out of memory error was a fluke. I think the real issue is something to do with the audio drivers or the way that AMRA handles audio. I continued to get crashes all day. It only happens when i have the audio piped through the usb sound of my headset. if i pipe it through any other audio device then the game plays fine.
Here is a video showing it
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DUakOWnSDrs
Thank you very much for your reply. I was happy to hear that and then disappointed, that I could actually carry less in the game. There must be a mix up somewhere.
here is a video demo of the flaw feature still exist in arma3 where you can damage a tank by shooting it on the track without letting shell fly through tank's main hull. https://youtu.be/WWFotzfjadE
Well in your video it is fired from the side, But my issue is that if you shoot the front side of a tank you can kill a t-100 by shooting it in the frontal track. I will upload a video, soon and link below.
Try to update on 1.66.
Decreasing launchers weight as you mentioned was intended based on last update. I checked change logs from the last month and found info just about decreasing launchers weight as you mentioned in description.
I´ll gain more info about missiles. It can take some time, so please be patient.
This is important. Please fix this.
Thanks for the ideas so far!
I updated my graphics and deleted my profile. Both didnt fix it. It still crashes when i try to save/open. I played multiplayer recently on a server and it works fine. No troubles. I just cant save or load missions in the editor...
I added a video about 30min before your comment, because people seemed to not believe me.
