Okay, update on this. We are executing player setSpeaker "NoVoice" on each machine after the player object is created. It does not disable the "regroup" spam.
Any update on my problem?
all those troubleshooting tasks were accomplished; even restarting steam/windows, updating windows/steam, and switching back and forth several times between stable and dev versions. the moon and stars aligned on this one when it comes to my system.

Did you try verifying the integrity of the game cache after latest dev branch update? Are you updating through Steam or are you using Arma 3 Tools Data Updater?

thank you for your feedback. I would like to ask you to create your own ticket. With crashes it is better to deal with each of them separately and it will also help us to track the progress on the bug should something happen.
In this situation, me and my team member have weapon AK-74M, enemy have AKM. Order was simple - take AKM (from body), my guy taken AKM, but did not taked Ammo. Now imagine this situation on battlefield where is 10+ bodies and famous arma action/order manu NOT show at which body action will be executed, and our guy can run half of map under enemy fire to get few magazines. Its a milsim, right, please fix it. Automaticly when taking other weapon, he should get magazines for it.

this is without any mods, all default options; development version.
1.62 version (stable) works just fine for me, even with mods enabled
development version was working with version 1.63.137676 but ever since July 22nd, version 1.63.137695 on this has not worked.
As I support the weapon in downhill.
Here is the crash dump i got just after installing the game, i unloaded all my mods and ran the game with the no mods option and i got the same thing

Alright. I ran the game on the main branch as a control, and the stutters and crap was there, but in the editor (Just with two simple squads facing off) it felt like my mouse was moving through butter or something. My input was slow and it felt unresponsive and stuttery. This is ridiculous.

So how do you distinguish between an Opfor player and A Blufor player when executing code on them when they are dead. Using civilian would still apply the code to both, when you only wish to target one

Updated to v7 of the profiling branch. Crash was a black screen and 0 fps reading. Memory went to about 8GB steadily (3.2GB used after closing the crashed Arma3.exe). COULD NOT USE THE FRAME CAPTURE PROCEDURE. It did not respond to the steps of LSHIFT+NUM MINUS FRAME.
well, that wasn't supposed to send yet.
Also, checked system files, deleted and reinstalled C++ files as suggested. GPU temps are fine and updated to latest NVIDIA drivers. No mods loaded. Just to tell you steps to make it crash: load arma 3, select multiplayer, APEX Protocol, Host a game, change to internet, ok, approve mission....crashes 100% of the time.
One other note, I get to the map on initial launch, but when I hit continue, that's when it crashes. Doesn't matter if there are any people connected to my server or not. If I go in by myself it still crashes.
I get the exact same crash only when I try to launch an Internet MP game. If I select LAN it loads fine. But 100% repeatable if I launch with as Internet MP Game. I deleted local content and deleted the entire game of hard drive and reinstalled to see if something was wrong there. Exact same problem. Only happened after the update 2 days ago.

Yes it is only in multiplayer, Altis/Stratis Life, As far as i know yes only in civilian vehicles, I have not found anything wrong using vanilla yet although from what i learned this problem is random but can be stringent and happen multiple times even forcing me to just not drive at all.
