PiepMGI added a comment to T81673: "150Rnd_762x51_Box" (legacy class for "150Rnd_762x54_Box") can not be loaded into Zafir.

In 1.42 (+ DLC Marskmen), you need to:

  • in arsenal, just remove then add zafir magazines and save your equipment,
  • in virtual ammo boxes, it's a little bit tricky, you need to remove Zafir and mags, add zafir, working mags are highlighted in left windows, double click to add magazines, quit, reload, enter VAS , save your equipment.

As far as king of the hill goes the issue has been resolved most likely by updating the ammo, i have my zafier back :D

Agreed.... needs fixing quickly!

Also; if you place a Zafir using Zeus, it will let me fire the rounds in the magazine that is in but cannot be re-loaded.

If you fix this issue.... i will purchase the Full DLC set! :-D

I'd assume so. I guess your KotH version does still add the "150Rnd_762x51_Box" by script and not "150Rnd_762x54_Box".

I'm so glad someone has reported this..... since updating my ARMA 3 with the latest update; i can't re-load the Zafir!! I couldn't figure out why but now i know I'm not alone. Please fix this as this is the gun i use in all of my kits so at the moment I've stopped playing!

Is this why since the marksman update i can no longer load my 7.62 zafier or my rahiem 7.62 but can reload all others? because in King Of The Hill i cannot use these two guns anymore because of this. It says 0 mags and one guy said that even if you have a mag in your backpack it wont load.

We need crash dump files from this folder to analyze your problem.

Can you upload somewhere in winrar package, please?
Archive smaller than 5000 KB can be attached directly to the ticket. For bigger archives, please use some free sharing service and post link here.

How to find correct crashdump file:
Try to make the crash happen
Look into crashdump folder
Upload crashdump with latest date in name (crashdump is rpt + bidmp + mdmp file with same name). Please try to provide as many crashdumps as possible, it helps us investigating the problem in a big way.

Modern explosives need a blasting cap to go off. C4 won't detonate when set on fire, submitted to heavy blows or when it's shot at (queue Mythbusters video). I'd expect all explosives to be that stable by the year 2035. The fact that mines can be detonated by gunfire is simply because they're armed and the fuse is triggered when it is disturbed. IRL not every shot would lead to a detonation, most hits would probably render the mine inert.

Depends on the bullet used. Modern "insensitive munitions" are quite resistant to shrapnel etc. So small-to-medium calibre rounds might struggle to set off explosives packed inside something if they fragment or lose significant energy before they impact the explosive component.

Obviously, large-calibre rounds or smaller rounds fired directly at explosives would almost certainly still manage to set off even an IM charge.

The US and UK militaries have already largely replaces TNT with equivalent Insensitive Munitions such as IMX-101 (using NTO & RDX compounds) because they're much safer to transport and are unlikely to explode in the event of fire or shock.

There should also be the option to turn the map markers off completely.

The respawn camps are an awesome feature but unfortunately they're a bit buggy at the moment.
Sometimes they don't delete from the map when you disassemble or destroy them.

Hope they fix them soon.

I was able to reproduce the bug with the Zafir and the RCO. It doesn't matter what vest you are wearing.

That is really nasty bug. I hope the developers get rid off that visual glitch before releasing the Marksmen DLC.

thanks, I have AVG antivirus and recently run full scan no issue, also have latest amd catalyst driver, directx should be ok it just checked during game setup and was update.seems they assinged it so they have found something about game and will fix it.

Wow, i see lot of errors. For a start try to scan game files via steam (to see that some is damaged). Next thing: are you using any sqf. script in mission folder? What drivers are you using? My advice is to reinstall DirectX and all C++ and video drivers. Also check antivirus.
